I had another Garage company called to fix an opener problem. Called Sat eve, made an appt for Sun at 10am. By 1:00 pm they were still unable to get to me. I cancelled with them and called Precision. They responded with an appt choice for what was good for me. I asked for an evening on Monday. Greg called at 9:00 am and said he was in the area - would I like him to come by. Amazing!!! all done. I've got their # and will be the only one I call. Thanks Greg.

Not only did he fix our garage door, but he noticed the door leading into our house was a bit squeaky, so he put some lubricant on the hinges without any hesitation! Kuddos to Precsion Doors. Four years ago I had them replace a broken garage door springs and recommended I replace both in addition to a door tuneup which gareenteed the work for five years. Well one of my springs broke again. True to their word, they replaced both springs under the warranty at no cost except the service fee. It doesn't get any better then that. Precision responded within an hour and half from the time I called. The job was completed within an hour after that. The technician (Bill Nashwinter) was informitive, efficient, and courteous. Precision performed a new opener (motor) install 8 yrs. ago (w/keypad,etc.). Same great service; which is why I called them again this time. The cost, I felt was very reasonable. In this day and age of corporate monopolies, it's good to have a local (franchise) company with great personal sevice and products. I hope I don't "NEED" them again but I'm certainly glad they were there now and I would stongly recommend them to anyone who does!

I had my garage door repaired recently. They did both spring repair and roller replacements. I think the repair tech was very knowledgeable and the garage door is working better than ever. Both schedulers and techs are professional and friendly. My only negative comment is that my repair was scheduled for between noon and 2 and repairman did not arrive until after scheduled time.

I would give Precision 10 starts if it was an option. The technicians, the service and the final result after a routine check of our two garage doors was excellent--far beyond the norm for service. The techs are very knowledgeable, tidy as they work, show superior workmanship and know exactly what needs to be done. They are either a few minutes early or right on time, but called before they came to make sure we were home. I can't say enough great things about Precision. I just wish other businesses cared as much about their customers as Precision. I'm a customer for life. Thanks!!!!

We had excellent service. Door locked down tight and could not get either vehicle out. Broken springs. Release would not work for us. We have medical issues here and we were in a panic. Rick Jones was here within 2.5 hours and did a perfect job. We now will call Precision. Our other company wanted us to wait until Monday. 5.5 stars for Rick.
