I called & was placed on a not very long hold. Rep was professional & friendly. Bobby was my service person. He was also professional & friendly. Our garage door opener died, due to a burned out controller circuit board. We called Precision, because they had serviced our garage door before. The tech, Bill, came out to our house in less than an hour. After diagnosing the problem, he had to call around to find a replacement circuit board. He installed the board the following morning. While inspecting the door, he found that the lift cables were frayed, so he replaced those as well. Less than 24 hours from initial call to service completed. Pretty good, Precision!

I work in the real estate industry. The garage door broke 1 hour before the final walk through the night before closing. Mind you it was Sunday. I called and they had someone there within an hour. I asked him to work as fast as he could and he got an entire brand new system installed right before the buyers came to walk through the home!!! This company worked on my personal residence and that's how I had their number but I can guarantee they're my new go to for real estate and everything! I'll be telling the 400 other agents in my company as well as everyone I know. They saved my deal which I am double ending (representing both buyer and seller). Thank you so much for working on a weekend, saving my deal, being nice, working under pressure- all well being reasonably priced. Best garage door company in Colorado!!

Garage door spring broke this Saturday morning around 9:30am, called at 9:45 am, they arrived at 10:30am and was fixed by 11:30am. Very happy I call them and have reasonable prices for new springs and installation. Never expected it to be fix that fast and will use them again. Highly recommend using them!

Five Star. The primary garage door spring broke and we were not able to get the cars out in the morning for work. I called Precision and they immediately scheduled a repair and actually got here earlier than planned. They did the replacement in less than an hour. Cited a couple of additional things to consider but no high pressure sales. Worked out great. I had reviewed Precision videos on Youtube before calling so I was able to guess what was wrong (the spring break became obvious after watching the video and looking at the inside of the door). I checked their ratings. Then called the local number. Efficient from scheduling to work completion. Good luck in the future Precision.
