The installer was professional and did a good job. I wish I could get a somewhat accurate quote from Precision (and the other company I called) instead of the low-ball figures I was given over the phone. Final estimate was 50% higher than estimated over the phone (by both companies). Cost was 60% higher than my cost was 8 year before. Poor business practices appear to have taken over the industry.

Greg did an outstanding job 'tuning-up' our garage door. Before he worked on the door, it was noisy and had gaps between the sections. After he was finished, the door was no longer noisy and no more gaps! Since the door is 19 years old, I thought we might have to replace it, but thanks to Greg we don't have to. If we have any other garage door issues, we will definitely call Precision.

Rick performed the repairs on our garage door. I accidentally back into our door knocking it off track and bending the frame. The weather was very cold and the door would not close. I called Rick and he was able to complete most of the repairs that same day, allowing us to close the door. Rick did and excellent job and any issues with our door in the future Rick will be the one I call. Thanks for a great job Rick.

I just want to say I normally will not write a review but this company was great! Let me just say Robert is amazing and very knowledgeable. I called three companies on a Saturday morning and Christine was the most helpful along with being very professionals. The other two companies did not even come close to her customer service! Would definitely recommend this company. Reasonable prices/great service and very knowledgeable/same day service. Thanks for your excellent service Robert!

Cable broke when I came home at night, snow the next day. I phoned on a Saturday morning and was able to have someone out that day. I chose Precision based on the reviews I read and the fact that you have regular weekend hours. Other companies charge "emergency fees" for Saturday appointments. The person who took my call was very friendly and helpful. The technician, Rick, was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was also early!! He answered all of my questions and graciously accommodated our 6 year old son while he replaced our rollers and tuned up our old garage door. It's running like new now! From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience. I will recommend Precision to all of my friends.

Coming home late in the evening our garage door spring broke after the door closed with both cars in the garage. We couldn't open the door to get our cars out. At that hour, Precision was one of the few with 24 hour live person answering personnel. I booked an appointment for 1rst thing in the morning and Rick was here right on time. Within an hour our situation was rectified with a couple of newly installed springs. (2 not 1)The price was a bit of a surprise as apparently we had been quoted pricing for replacing 1 spring instead of two. Despite that, great people!
