Fabulous service. Unfortunately I don't recall the gentleman's name who came but he called to see if he could come earlier than anticipated - which meant I didn't have to stay home all day and could get to other errands. Worked fast and repaired my door within 20 minutes! Definitely would highly recommend to friends and will call you if I ever need additional service! Thanks so very much!

Called last minute on a wed nite and got a call back first thing in AM. sent out a tech and the job was finished in 30min. Robert found the problem right away and as we spoke I know that another company might have tried to sell me a new opener for the problem was not apparent at first inspection, but with a little knowledge, he found the broken wire and was fixed in a flash...will and have recommended your company to all my neighbors and co-workers

I had Precision replace a broken spring about 4 years ago and was completely satisfied with the same day response and service provided. Recently the door had gotten out of adjustment to the point where a cable had come off the pulley with my vehicle stuck in the garage. It is a heavy insulated door and no way I could open it. I called Precision and Bill responded that morning sooner than expected. He fully explained the problem and the work he was performing, and had it working like new in a short time. As previously, it is obvious these folks know their business. Precision provides great service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I accidentally backed into my garage door on a Saturday morning and trapped my vehicle in the garage. Tom was onsite within 35 minutes of my phone call to get the door operational and estimate the cost of a replacement. As soon as my insurance approved the repair, the work was scheduled and completed within 2 days. The day of the repair Tom was able to come out early and finish, and this was also during the holiday weekend. I could not have asked for a better professional to handle the work and I really appreciate how sensitive they were to the fact that the work needed to get done quickly because my personal belongings were not very secure. I will be calling back in a couple of years to replace the other garage door and thank you so much for your service.

I went into this service call expecting the worst - that I'd need an entire new garage door. To my delight, rather than high pressure to buy something I didn't really need, Rick explained the problem and how much (little) it would actually cost to make the repairs. Precision was the only garage door repair company I could get a hold of on a Sunday during Labor Day weekend. The service tech, Robert, got to my home quickly and advised me of all of the options I had not once trying to "sell" me on getting expensive repairs or replacements. He even told me about low cost alternatives that I could easily do myself if I wanted to avoid the expense of costly repairs/replacements. Robert fixed my broken springs, changed my old rollers, and fixed the previous installers horrible install work that compromised my entire garage door system. Precision did a great job for a fair price when I needed it.

Just very goodwork overall. Felt good that my analyst of the problem was correct that the old opener had a bad logic board. Still having a small problem getting my homelink remote to work so am using the liftmaster remote in the car.
