Technician Travis Scott showed up on time,looking professional. He quickly did a thorough examination of our whole system. He then explained all of the issues he had uncovered, and the cost to repair each. I was pleased that he explained why certain repairs were more important to make promptly, while others could be postponed. No pressure or up-selling. He was obviously an expert with regard to each item. When the repairs to be made were agreed upon, Travis completed them quickly. Along the way, he also did a couple of extra small things (Travis has high standards for his work), for no charge. Great job, friendly, professional service, and a fair price that was fully explained beforehand. Couldn't ask for more. We confidently recommend Travis to others.

I had an appointment set for Friday and I got a call from your technician saying that he was going to be in the neiborhood Thursday around noon, if I wanted him to take care of it then. I was referred to your company by my Son-in-Law, Mike Danner. I was informed by Bill when he got here that your company doesn't work on Overhead Garage Door Openers, however, he thought he would be able to fix it since he wouldn't need any parts. He was very kind and courteous, however, the door opener has broken again. I guess I will have to go to the expense of having the Overhead Garage Door people come out and fix it afterall.

Travis Scott called ahead of time and came within the window I was given when I arranged the appointment. He quickly assessed the problem and recommended the corrective action which involved not just cables but two new rollers. He gave me prices for approval and completed the work. I appreciated getting service the same day I called! I don't think we'll have any further issues with our garage doors for a long time. I would recommend that any call Precision Garage Doors.

Travis showed up between the agreed upon time of 10 AM - 12 PM. I needed a tuneup on my garage door opener. The rollers were no longer rolling, and the chain on the drive shaft was also experiencing issues. Travis explained to my wife and I our options. We decided to replace the rollers as well as the garage door opener. Travis completed the work in a timely manner, and was a professional in his interactions with my wife and I. The new garage door opener is quiet, and my family no longer worry that the garage door may not open when needed. Thank you Travis and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

When the springs broke on our garage door recently we were glad that we found Precision's number on the inside of the garage door. Not only was the service technician able to come out sooner than we expected (even on a Saturday) but after accessing our door he was very thorough and patient as he explained his recommendations for the replacement of not only our broken springs but the rollers as well. We felt confident in our decision to follow his advice. The door is working better than it has in a long time. In addition, Travis was one of the most personable, efficient and professional technicians we've ever had in our home.
