The technician, Josh Osborn and rapid service time was excellent. I had no problems with the labor costs, particularly considering how quickly your response time was. I feel gouged however by your markup. I see a pair of the same springs for $150 (on the high side retail). You charged $250 each. Unless my math is off that’s a 230% markup.
