Travis was great. First, he thoughtfully called to let me know he was running a little late. Upon arrival, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. All of the necessary parts were in stock on his truck. The service took only about 40 minutes and the results were as promised. The garage door was updated and actually better than new. I would recommend Precision.

Robert was great. I really appreciated his informing me that the safety cables that my prospective buyer wanted installed were not only unnecessary, given that the springs on the door are torsion springs rather than extension springs, but if installed could damage the existing torsion springs. I was very impressed that he did not "push" a costly repair just to make a sale. I greatly appreciate such professional and honest behavior in a business. Would not hesitate to call your company again.

I chose Precision because they had high reviews online. This is the first service call I've had to make on our new home, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Robert showed up early for my appointment, which was extremely helpful because my car was stuck. Our garage has a HUGE door that was falling off the tracks trying to get away from the wall, and he tackled it like it was any other job. Robert even gave me some tips on how to keep the door in better condition as well as how we should approach our eventual upgrade. I was really impressed by Jacob, my technician. He came to my house promptly and immediately assessed the problem. The quote was more than reasonable and he attacked the broken garage door. He had all of the proper tools that he needed and was done very quickly. We both went out and tested his work together. It was perfect. My garage door had never worked as effortlessly and quietly as it did after his repairs. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I will call them again if I need to, but I doubt I'll have any problems for a long time to come.

Awesome service. I called at 10am and Bill was there by 1:30pm. The door had not been serviced in 22 years and was in need of a serious tuneup. There was no pressure to buy a new door or a new opener. Bill took care of business and the door works the best that it ever has. These folks are the best!

My garage door repair call turned into the need for an entirely new garage door (my door was 40 years old, unsafe, and unworkable). Our technician was very knowledgeable and did not try to up sale us when it turned out we needed a new door. He was able to secure a door and install on the same day. He worked well into the evening to get the job done. Could not be more pleased with our experience.
