My garage door repair call turned into the need for an entirely new garage door (my door was 40 years old, unsafe, and unworkable). Our technician was very knowledgeable and did not try to up sale us when it turned out we needed a new door. He was able to secure a door and install on the same day. He worked well into the evening to get the job done. Could not be more pleased with our experience. Wish these guys did more than garage doors to have the opportunity to work with them again (I expect this door will last another 40 years!!).

I would rate Precision five star. I was able to get an appointment next day, Jacob arrived at the scheduled time, found the problems, gave me a quote and did the repairs in a timely manner. I was very pleased with everything.

I wanted a local company and I found Precision on line. I called on a Tuesday and was able to schedule an appointment for the next Saturday at 8:00 a.m. The service tech was at my house at exactly 8:00 a.m. He gave me the cost right up front and did a quick and efficient job. I will recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.
