The service man Robert Rubesne happened to be in a place not far from my house. So he came to my house 1 day ahead of my appointment. After I showed him the problem, he fixed in 15 sec. The cause of the problem was a loose wire in the photo eye that prevented the garage door from shutting down completely. He was so nice that he did not charge for his service. It normally costs $65 without $15 discount.

Lightning FAST response - answered the phone when I called at 8:30am to schedule a repair for a broken roller wheel on our garage door. Tom was here at 1:15 and the work was completed by 2:30! Tom replaced all the metal roller wheels on our garage door with nylon roller wheels. Our garage door works again and it is sooooo much quieter! THANKS!

The response time of Precision Overhead Garage Door to my service request is virtually record setting. I called Precision at 11:30am and by 1:00pm a technician was onsite with the problem diagnosed. By 1:30pm the problem was repaired and additional maintenance performed. In today's world this kind of service is extremely rare!

The tech that was scheduled to repair my broken torsion spring was professional and very detailed. He arrived 30 minutes early, was completely prepared to do all the work. Great service! We called on Sunday to fix our broken spring and they came out the next day which was Memorial Day. Thankfully it was under warrenty so that was covered, but our other garage door needed service too, so they fixed that one as well. Would highly recommend!

Tom was right on time, moved efficiently and finished very quickly. Door has never sounded so quiet. Love the new rollers and the door is adjusted perfectly. Being a DYI and the guy who installed the opener I never could get the adjustments right for the range of door movement. He adjusted it perfectly. Also received (upon my request) a quote (word of mouth at this point, due to other projects on our list) for new door, installation, etc. I was VERY happy with the quote. It will speed up our ability to purchase a new door and will go with this company for it. Thanks again for a very pleasant experience.

Great service, sent email giving heads up who was coming. Tech called offering to come earlier than scheduled, quickly assessed damage and gave options for repair or replace. Left home with one broken garage door, another one needing some material repair - came home to all new garage door openers with new keypad that even had our existing code on it. Would recommend.

I purchased a Garage Door Service which included roller replacement, adjustment and fastener inspection/tightening through AAA. Tom arrived right on time after an en-route call, which allowed me to clear enough space for him to work. Tom got right to work and was finished before I realized.
