Great service! We called on Sunday to fix our broken spring and they came out the next day which was Memorial Day. Thankfully it was under warrenty so that was covered, but our other garage door needed service too, so they fixed that one as well. Would highly recommend!

Tom was right on time, moved efficiently and finished very quickly. Door has never sounded so quiet. Love the new rollers and the door is adjusted perfectly. Being a DYI and the guy who installed the opener I never could get the adjustments right for the range of door movement. He adjusted it perfectly. Also received (upon my request) a quote (word of mouth at this point, due to other projects on our list) for new door, installation, etc. I was VERY happy with the quote. It will speed up our ability to purchase a new door and will go with this company for it. Thanks again for a very pleasant experience.

Great service, sent email giving heads up who was coming. Tech called offering to come earlier than scheduled, quickly assessed damage and gave options for repair or replace. Left home with one broken garage door, another one needing some material repair - came home to all new garage door openers with new keypad that even had our existing code on it. Would recommend.

I called in the morning for a repair and they were able to set me up for an appointment later that same day. The appointment was at 4:00 and I got a call at about 11:30 that he was in the neighborhood and could he stop by! Finished the job in about 45 minutes with parts that he had in his truck. We had just moved back to Colorado from two years in Mexico and our garage door was just not working the way it should and one day it didn't go up all the way and I drive into the door dislodging one of the rollers and bending the door. Called Precision and Tom came out the next day fixed the roller and re-secured the bottom trim and straightened the door. The best part was I only paid for a service charge. Tom was great and pleasant to deal with. He also recommended a better garage door, which be an upcoming purchase. Awesome company to deal with.

After reading reviews on this site and recognizing several reviewer names decide to give Precision a try. We only intended to replace the broken spring, but technician (Tom) pointed out the door really needed an overhaul package. The door now opens and closes like it never had before. Very quiet and smooth. Tom pointed out the last company that serviced the door spring had not used the correct size spring. The technician was prompt, efficient and friendly. An overhaul package is pricy, but we are very pleased with the result
