Garage door spring broke on a Sunday stranding vehicles inside a very heavy door. Called Precision Monday Morning scheduled an appointment for repair. Tom arrived earlier than the appointment and had the springs replaced and door tuned in no time. Very Happy with Toms professional service.

The Precision technician was on time and professional. He checked out the problems with our 35 year old opener and we discussed what I wanted in a new garage door opener. Price was reasonable but he had to obtain the model discussed and return on Monday. Installation was fast and he helped program all the devices and the opener buttons in our cars. FIVE STAR PLUS. This is the second time this year that I have needed Garage Door work, Tom replaced the rollers and tuned these doors earlier and now the Big spring in one broke yesterday. Only one broken spring. Guy didn't have that spring type, so replaced both with another type. Turned up on time. Fast. Door working fine after 1 month.

Most garage doors will have two springs but some older doors have a odd size or special order part. The springs are usually installed in pairs and should be replaced together, as the life spans of the springs will be similar. This improves your warranty and lowers the cost for each spring.
