We have used Precision for 5 years. They always respond immediately and have someone here the next day. Tom has been our service man each time we've needed something replaced. It's nice to have such continuity. Tom does excellent work, very efficient and is personable on top of it! Almost feels like we are friends. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

After fixing a broken spring and replacing rollers and cables, our door started making scraping noises. Tom came back and found that our springs were sagging and rubbing on the rod, making the noise. Tom figured out a way to use some strapping to hold up the springs and this fixed the problem. Definitely a MacGyver - like solution. Much appreciated.

Hi, Ben, The original door was a Precision installed door, so we inherited the info when we bought the house. For me...the professionalism and courtesy of the tech stood out. Plus he drove from Estes in a blinding snow storm keeping me informed as to his time of arrival. He installed spring, gears etc since the bearings were shot. All good! Plus, he arrived the day after I called...Martin Luther King day. You guys are the best...smiling the whole time. Thank you, Don Five stars..

Great service! Bobby came over the morning after Thanksgiving to replace the springs on one of my garage doors, and also installed a new opener for the other. Everything went well, from scheduling the appointment to completing the job. Would use them again if I need to and would recommend Precision!

Tom was very punctual, polite, professional and efficient! Each step along the way, he informed me of what he found that needed attention and asked for my input regarding the repairs (along with pricing), so there were no surprises when he was finished and the bill was due. Garage door spring broke on a Sunday stranding vehicles inside a very heavy door. Called Precision Monday Morning scheduled an appointment for repair. Tom arrived earlier than the appointment and had the springs replaced and door tuned in no time. Very Happy with Toms professional service.
