Tom quickly assessed solutions to the two functioning reasons for the service call. With the Lift Master unit being over 9 years old, we also asked for general "tune up". He helpfully provided requested guidance on door operation and the safety feature. Would contact again if needed.

Great service...for the second time! Super fast! Tom was here within two hours of calling, and fixed my garage quickly. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because of price. It cost $700 for two springs and two bearings. Would be nice if you waived the service fee if the bill is over $500 or something. Just a thought. We are glad to have our garage working perfectly. Even though it can be pricey, I would still recommend Precision for sure, based on customer service, and how quickly you came out.

After fixing a broken spring and replacing rollers and cables, our door started making scraping noises. Tom came back and found that our springs were sagging and rubbing on the rod, making the noise. Tom figured out a way to use some strapping to hold up the springs and this fixed the problem. Definitely a MacGyver - like solution. Much appreciated.

Great service! Bobby came over the morning after Thanksgiving to replace the springs on one of my garage doors, and also installed a new opener for the other.
