I can’t say enough good things about Donovan, our technician and installer. Donovan educated about all things re: garage doors when he adjusted our old garage door in April. Something hit that door recently and severely damaged the integrity of the door. Donovan helped us pick out a replacement and we could not be more happy! Just tonite my wife came home and said- “did you hear that?” I said hear said hear what? She replied-“exactly!” Our new door is quiet now- no creaks, squeaks and other awful sounds. We opted for windows also and wow- what a difference a little light makes in our garage. Who knew something like a garage door could be so incredible- but it is! Donovan is an amazing technician!! We are really satisfied customers and will tell our friends about your company!!

Donovan from Precision has been to our house twice this year(tune-up in April and door replacement estimate today) Talking with Donovan is like enrolling in garage door 101. Our current door is a Clopay and after damage to a strut it is limping now. We are getting a new door with insulation and a great warranty. I had hoped we would get more longevity out of our Clopay but we are looking forward to our new and improved garage door. Give Donovan a raise- he knows this stuff inside and out!

Donovan was amazing and so helpful. We had another company scheduled to do an estimate the day before. That company didn't show and sent someone from another company instead who was two hours late. They basically said we needed all new doors, openers and that everything was in such bad shape it could not be fixed. Donovan showed up on time and went over our issues and concerns. He explained that even though our garage doors were old, they did not necessarily need replacing. He gave us three options and was able to do the work that day. It feels like we have new garage doors now that everything has been updated and fixed. I will never call anyone else for Garage Door issues and this was money well spent! Thank you Precsion

Found Precision on Google, coordinated their service using their website Chat feature, showed up as promised and fixed my broken spring in 1 1/2 hours. All good and we're very happy. Considering their "transparency" claim, I was surprised to learn that there's a $65 trip charge, which the Chat person never disclosed. The charge is okay, but I really think that their Chat service should also demonstrate transparency. So, fair warning: Every service call is $65/trip.

I choose Precision because a close friend recommended this company, he has called Precision before and told me the work was done quickly and fast, The repairman Tom arrived very early and was very friendly, polite and very Professional he checked out my garage door and let me know what was needed to repair my door I agreed and Tom proceeded to repair my door , let me just say Tom Impressed me allot , and gave me a GREAT price and a perfect repair plus he finished the job early, I inspected the repair and realized all the things Tom did to stabilize my Door, like running the door 5 times so now I will recommend Precision HIGHLY to everyone I talk to...Thank You Precision and Best regards from AJP....

My garage door spring broke on a Saturday night, trapping my only vehicle inside the garage. I am a nurse, working on-call and need to be able to go to the hospital. I called late Saturday night and was able to make an appointment for early Sunday morning. Donovan called before he came and arrived promptly at 8 am. He was friendly, informative and efficient - a real expert. He had my door fixed in a very short amount of time. He explained the bill and left contact information if I had any questions. Thank you!

We had an emergency with our garage door Sunday. I found this company on Google and saw it had good reviews. I called in and got a live operator and they were able to get me a same day appointment. I had a follow up call within 1/2 an hour. The gentleman that serviced our door was so nice and professional. He worked to get our door operating again and was able to give us the option to replace our door if needed in the future. I would definitely recommend these folks!

Precision was very professional from the first call to the technician arriving on time. Donnovan was the technician and did an excellent job for us. I went To the Internet, your company had a very good rating. Also it was a Sunday and I saw there was no up charge for a weekend. We have been having some issues with the garage door opener. Saturday evening the rope broke and we had to open the garage door manually.

We can’t say anything except all good about Prestige. We called them late evening on Fri. night and they had crew out first thing Sat. morning on time. Issue was correctly assessed in a few minutes and fixed in less than an hour. While we actually thought we had called a local company, called Prestige by mistake but are extremely happy we got them instead. I will use them again if needed and will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a garage door repair company.

During this cold spell, the main spring for our garage door snapped. We were able to schedule an appointment right away. The service was prompt, professional, and fair priced. The work is guaranteed for a year. Our technician, James, was very clear about what was wrong and needed to done. He completed the work efficiently, replaced the main spring, and fine turned the door & opener so that they work better than they ever did before.
