The spring on my door broke one evening. I did a Google search and Precision had great reviews. I called them at 5:30 PM. Zac came out the next day to fix the problem. Although Zac was running slightly behind, Precision representatives called to inform me. Zac gave me options and an estimate before doing the work, and he completed the job in less than 90 minutes. Great service. I recommend.

I could not be more pleased with the service and quality of work from Precision. The technician James was so kind and explained everything to me prior to starting the work. He fixed everything in less than 2hrs too! He even helped me move back a very heavy table on wheels that we had already moved out of the way...and not only that he programmed the garage door opener in my car that had not been working either! Top notch! While noone wants their garage door to break and unfortunately mine did after hours on a Thurs night leaving me no choice but to cut the cables to secure my garage and house, I now know who to call if something like this happens again!

Josh came out and did a fantastic job! Communication is what i look for in a company, and it was good. The only hiccup I had was I needed service on Sunday and Josh said he was the only guy working. He had to cover all the jobs himself so ran about an hour and half over the time window that was given. No big deal to me. I'd recommend Precision. Thank you for the great service!

Our old garage door system was not working. We were unable to close the door. The safety eyes were out. The old system was 24 years old, so it was time to replace it. Zac Bedard installed a new garage door opener system. It now works like it should. Zac was very courteous, professional, and friendly. Job well done, Zac. Garrett was efficient, professional and very thorough in accomplishing the service needed. The door was racked. He corrected that quickly and proceeded with adjustments to ensure the door was properly aligned. The charge was very reasonable. I will certainly call Precision again if the need arrises.

It was our first time using Precision. It was early morning on Monday. The garage door opener wouldn't open the door. I called Precision around 6:00am not expecting a person to answer the phone. A friendly young lady answered and was nice helpful. They dispatched Zac the technician to arrive between 8:00 am and 10:00am. Zac called me and arrived at 9:00am. He inspected the garage door and the opener and offer me 3 different options. He wasn't pushy; he was professional and explains the different options. He got the door working in excellent condition within 2 hours. I highly recommend Precision and Zac for any garage door work.

Extremely prompt service, called Sat. morning and had service call early aft same day, installed new opener, installer professional,knowledgeable, helpful. Quick install time 1-1.5 hrs. Comment : invoice was sent by phone after and does not identify model of opener installed. Literature left me references 5 different models? Checking reviews for model installed(eventually finding # on unit), I am not pleased with reviews and likely would not have purchased. Time will tell if poor reviews are justified, and if seemingly premium price warranted.

I do business with local companies. The lady who took my call and scheduled my appointment was great. The repair person was on time, knew what he needed to repair and had the parts on his truck. Repaired in 45 minutes and works like new.

Wonderful service - quick response, good communication, fairly priced. Called yesterday to schedule a garage door repair and Donovan came out this morning (ahead of schedule) to fix a hinge on our garage door. Also did an inspection, tightened bolts, and lubed the spring for the garage door. Really appreciated the professionalism and explanation of all the repairs - got a quick lesson on garage doors! Before Donavan showed up we had a Ryobi garage door opener. When he left we had the best, a 3/4 horse belt drive Lift Master. Donavan was very professional and answered every question my wife and I had regarding the unit and how to operate it. When the job was completed he explained what he had done and went over the entire operation of the unit. He also left his card and told us to contact him at any time if we had further questions. We told him will be using Precision for any and all garage door repairs from this point forward. Install looks great! You can see that Donavan has the knowledge and takes pride in his work. What Awesome Service!! Spring broke Thursday eve, called at 7am on Friday and Donovan was here at 8am. Donovan explained everything very thoroughly and went to work. 45 minutes later the door was fixed. Extremely pleased. Will Certainly use Precision again!

The sensors went bad on my garage door, and about 8 years ago Precision had fixed some other problems with my garage door, and they did a great job making sure everything was in good shape and tuned up. Donovan, from Precision came this time and was very professional and thorough in his work. He put new sensors in and then did an inspection of everything. He showed me how the gear from the motor was going to go bad and break off soon, and how loose the chain was. I decided to put a new unit on. What a difference from the old one! Technology has come a long ways from what these garage door openers were 10 years ago!
