Hi, I'd like to relay I am a new first time customer of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and have just had a replacement completed for an old Wayne Dalton I Drive garage door opening system (The I Drive unit is discontinued). I had called two local service providers and with the lack of professionalism in the initial calls I opted not to go any further with those companies. I call Precision Garage Door next and was so surprised at the professionalism and knowledge base that the scheduler who took my call had. She had a technician (Bobby) scheduled to be at my residence in just a few hours. After the work and options were discussed I decided to go with a Master Lift 8500 Wall Mount Unit, and all other replacement components for the door opening system. Very prompt with my next day appointment in the morning. Bobby was highly trained and knowledgeable and did a great job with the installation, friendly service, and I was provided a full breakdown of all components pricing and labor prior to and after the work was completed. They might not be the least expensive, however you get what you pay for, and I received the highest quality products and service from Precision. I would confidently refer them to anyone. Stay away. In fact don’t even call them. . The worst rip off service I have ever experienced and will warn others out there never to use you. Should have looked at yelp first to get the real reviews and not the filtered ones on your site. Ultimately I believed the tech and first instinct was run but I got bamboozled and that is on me. Your prices are way too high for the service and your flat out ripping people off. 199 for and end bearing set- that’s () unbelievable, 159 for a drum set I can get online for 30 dollars. -again just a () ripoff. Even looking at the inspection report it is bullshit. It was a very well maintained door that was six years old and the only thing broken was the spring and one cable. Which either could have resulted in the other failing. The shaft didn’t fail, brackets were not failing, drums were not failing rollers were not failing but all were marked as fail. Hundreds of dollars later, an hours worth of work for items that didn’t need to be replaced. Your a scam business and I cannot and will not ever recommend you to anyone. You may have screwed one person over but I will be sure to prevent another hundred the headache.

Bobby showed up right on time to repair our Garage doors that were off track and broken. He was such a gentleman and very thorough and worked hard repairing what he could and letting me know before replacing all other parts that could not be fixed. It was obvious he enjoys his job working for such a wonderful company. So, to the powers that be I think Bobby should get a raise because you don't want to loose this one!! ; )

We have used your service prior to today’s call. I had made several calls to your competitors trying to get assistance with our non working garage door opener. My wife told me that we had used your service in the past and gave me your phone number. I called and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. Within 1 hour your technician called me to discuss the issues. He said he could get to our house within 15 minutes. After driving out of the garage I couldn't close the door. After coming back an hour later, I tried to figure out what the problem was. I couldn,t find anything so looked up garage door repair on-line and found Precision listed with good ratings. Zac came out and looked it over and found the problem, it needed a new motor. He had brought with him the whole assembly which was like mine and had it installed in about an hour. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. I could not believe it was done so quick. Also, the office staff was great in taking care of my needs so quickly and professionally.

My garage door spring broke late in the evening. I called Precision right away and they were able to come out promptly the following morning. The technician arrived right on time and went to work changing out the garage door spring. He not only changed the springs but did an adjustment on the door to make it work better than ever. My sincere thanks to Precision for an excellent, timely job. I will call again.

The technician was prompt and professional and efficient. Tom Gave me information i needed. 2 points of concern. He did not wear ar ask if booties needed to be worn while in my home. This is becoming the industry standard now. Also while having to use my front door. While he was going in and out he kept leaving the front door open.

Had springs replaced in Feb., door adj, by Tom. All operated well, till this Oct., called for appt to get the door looked at, it would not roll up completely, not close properly. Tom came out at agreed upon time, made several adj., then operated door which ran smoothly. NO CHARGE. FAB, other companies more than likely would have charged for this, again FAB treatment by Precision

Got ready to leave for work this morning and could not open the garage. It would lift up a few inches and stop. I knew something was wrong and I could not fix it. I called Precision because of their ratings. They came to my house within 45 minutes of my call and repaired everything that needed fixed.
