I was really impressed by Jacob, my technician. He came to my house promptly and immediately assessed the problem. The quote was more than reasonable and he attacked the broken garage door. He had all of the proper tools that he needed and was done very quickly. We both went out and tested his work together. It was perfect. My garage door had never worked as effortlessly and quietly as it did after his repairs. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I will call them again if I need to, but I doubt I'll have any problems for a long time to come.

Awesome service. I called at 10am and Bill was there by 1:30pm. The door had not been serviced in 22 years and was in need of a serious tuneup. There was no pressure to buy a new door or a new opener. Bill took care of business and the door works the best that it ever has. These folks are the best!

Just when you think "customer service" is a lost art, Precision reestablished my belief that the customer is valued and respected. My experience was VERY positive and educational. My garage door repair call turned into the need for an entirely new garage door (my door was 40 years old, unsafe, and unworkable). Our technician was very knowledgeable and did not try to up sale us when it turned out we needed a new door. He was able to secure a door and install on the same day. He worked well into the evening to get the job done. Could not be more pleased with our experience. Wish these guys did more than garage doors to have the opportunity to work with them again (I expect this door will last another 40 years!!).

We have used Precision in the past for repair work and have been very pleased and today is no exception. I called this morning at 8:00 AM and someone was repairing our garage door by 10:30 AM. Jacob completed the job in no time at all. And, fortunately for me, Jacob was not scared off by a very enthusiastic lab who thought she had a new playmate at the door.
