I called one morning - before 8am - as my wife and I were home bound because of a broken spring on our garage door. To my surprise the phone was answered and I was able to get someone out within two hours of my call. I also asked for and received an estimate of the cost - this matched the numbers the tech (Rick) gave me. I also received a call that the tech was running a little behind and during that call I was told how to get my garage door opened - it worked flawlessly. My tech arrived, did a 25-pt review, replaced both springs, made a chain adjustment on the motor, tightened and also secured the garage door lifting frame - this should have been done by the builder, Rick told me (all at no cost). Rick was fast and very knowledgeable. Back in business :-)

Precision Door came to fix our garage door, which had a broken spring, within 24 hours of our call. It was a bitter cold Monday morning but the technician showed up in the appointment window and got the door working again in no time.
