Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have had. He called at 8:45 and showed up right at 9. My garage door was fixed and working better than before within Ann hour. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me parts or service I didn't need.

First, with all the frauds and impersonate these day, I really appreciate it when Precision let me know who will be coming out and at what time? Tom was our Technician, he called ahead to let us know exactly when he would arrive and was on very prompt. I checked with the Better Business and they had a very good rating. Precision send us an email to confirm the appointment time and told us who our technician would be. Technician called before he came and actually came earlier than our appointment time. Very professional and efficient, will definitely use this company!

Garage door repairs never come at an opportune time. Two days after being discharged from the hospital our springs broke and the door could not open. I was so impressed how quickly Precision came out and repaired my garage door. The main spring popped and broke the night before and I could even get my garage do open....I called them at 7:30 am the very next morning and they had a technician out within an hour. They installed a new spring and some additional rollers etc....that was needed. Thanks Precision, you have earned my respect.
