I had one of the springs break on my garage door, and I called Precision. I've used them before and had great service. I scheduled an appointment for the next day, Tom came out and took care of it quickly. He does good work, and checks the entire system out every time. Problem solved with no headaches. Tom did a awesome job. I had to have more than just the main spring replaced but in the end it was worth it. Was told they would arrive between 11 and 12. Tom called and got there at 9:15. Awesome for me. Door works great.

*****5 STARS!! I am so impressed with Precision and my technician Tom. I have been having problems with my garage door ever since it was installed 5 years ago. I had a company come out two weeks ago, they did an inspection, replaced the wheels and cleaned the electronic eyes, charged me enough to have had a whole new garage door installed and the next day my garage door stopped working again. Then they failed to show up to two follow up appointments. THEN I found Precision on a Google search. Tom was not only prompt but early. He found the problem immediately and it took him less than 5 minutes to fix, (a wire was being pinched by a staple). He was so gracious that he didn't even charge me a service call! From this point forward, Precision will be the only company I call for any garage door need, and I've already referred them to a friend. Thank you Precision and Tom ~ you have earned a life long customer!!

This is the 3rd time I have called Precision to fix my garage door. First repair was a spring replacement, 2nd was the kids disengaging the manual latch (no charge), and this time the sensors had to be replaced. This company is the best!! My garage spring broke around 7:30 pm and my car was stuck in the garage and of course I needed it for work the next morning, oh and I forgot to mention that my husband was out of town at the time. I called precision and they sent a technician, Jake, over within an hour. Jake got me all fixed up and also made sure that my garage door was total safe. I picked your company mainly because your reviews were good and didn't feel like I needed to shop around a lot. I didn't get any other quotes so I can't compare pricing but the service was great. Service man was on time and when he called to let me know what needed to be done to get it fixed he let me know my options and the pricing of each. When I didn't pick the most expensive he didn't pressure me into anything. This was a rental of mine so it was nice to have someone that could get things done right away and be on time. Hopefully I don't need to call you out anytime soon but will when I need to.

Looked you up on the enternet,scheduled for a monday so not have to pay weekend rates, but the tech. tom called sunday and said he was open and asked if he could come that day and not charge weekend rates. did great job, we did have a problem a few days later called you guys, was a miner problem tom took great care of. Yes I'll recomend you to everybody.
