Tom was on time and efficiently went to work after a discussion of what had to be done on the broken spring. I explained the problems I've had with the opener in the past and he described the opener he could put in later that day (no pressure, just knowledge). The price was agreeable and we now have a fully functional garage door. Thanks Tom

Boy I'm glad that I called you guys. Finding a technician that does service for home owners that is competent, and honest is very hard to find these days. Although there wasn't anything drastically wrong with my door, Tom took care of the problems that did need fixing and did it quickly and professionally. Your sticker was on the wall beside the control box. We are fairly new to this area and had no idea who to call - the scheduler was able to fit us into an open spot and the technician came that day. excellent service - he had the parts and was able to fix the rollers quickly. The very next day we had the same problem and he came and diagnosed the problem as a circuit board. Tom was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely recommend your service
