Tom was on time and efficiently went to work after a discussion of what had to be done on the broken spring. I explained the problems I've had with the opener in the past and he described the opener he could put in later that day (no pressure, just knowledge). The price was agreeable and we now have a fully functional garage door. Thanks Tom

Boy I'm glad that I called you guys. Finding a technician that does service for home owners that is competent, and honest is very hard to find these days. Although there wasn't anything drastically wrong with my door, Tom took care of the problems that did need fixing and did it quickly and professionally.
