Called on Thursday, 10/4/12, for a broken spring on my garage door. By Friday morning Bill Nashwinter arrived to repair the spring. He did a complete inspection and found some other issues that needed attention, bearings and new roller wheels. He was very professional and did an outstanding job. Very pleased with the work and quick response. I highly recommend them. Thanks Bill

I had an appointment set for Friday and I got a call from your technician saying that he was going to be in the neiborhood Thursday around noon, if I wanted him to take care of it then. I appreciate the quick response on a garage door problem.Bill the service technician analyzed the problem and determined that it would need a different gage spring, installed and adjusted it very professionally at no charge as it was under warranty. Bill was friendly and arrived one day earlier than I expected a service technician. It was a snow day and so we were home and he stopped on his way home because we were close to his residence. Great customer service! He fixed the spring and didn't try to up-sell me on other services, just simply recommended other up-keep to think about. I will certainly use Precision Door again and recommend them to neighbors.

Wasn't happy to have a broken garage door - but happy to find Precision online. I do not have a flexible or easy schedule to work with - and my door was fixed within 4 hours of calling Precision! My garage door broke on a Saturday and would not open. My daughter found Precision via Google. I called them - they offered to get someone out on that day between 4 and 6. I could not be home at that time so they scheduled me for Tuesday morning at my request. The time slot was 8 to 10. They were promptly there very shortly after 8. The Service tech was great, knowledgeable, did the job, educated me along the way (I know nothing about garage doors). He was polite, did good work, and left the space clean and organized after he finished. I would recommend this company to everyone!
