Precision Door Service has rescued me from garage door malfunctions twice this year, and both times the experience was painless, prompt, and reasonable in cost. Both times the technician was polite, neat, and conscious of my pocketbook. The first time, Tom reseated my garage door tracks, and the second time he replaced a bad capacitor on my opener. My garage door opener quit working with two of three cars locked inside. On July 2. Precision took my call over the holiday weekend, and after discussing price, I elected to wait until the following Tuesday, though the holiday upcharge was quite reasonable. The technician arrived at 8am and my vehicles were free by 10. I am confident that I paid for only what was needed, when it would have been easy to sell me more stuff. I hope I don't need garage door service again for a long time, but if I do, I'll be calling Precision.
