I had two older openers that needed replaced. It started of very good and i was very happy until the end when the tech said it wasn't his or their job to help connect the internet, cars or the remotes. I was happy to pay $2400, but can't believe that's what the owners expect. I'm not going to give you a low score because doubt this is reflective of the company. The tech did rushingly help connect my phone.

My 30 year old garage door finally gave out so I called Precision and Zac came out to assess the situation. He gave me the facts about my old door and I decided to replace it. Zac helped me pick the door that fit my needs and we set up a time for him to come and replace the door. He called and asked if he could come earlier than the appointed time and arrived ready to go to work. Zac is a pro and went right to work. He finished the job in the amount of time that he estimated and everything was cleaned up including the old door and the rails and springs. I am completely satisfied with the new door and the the work involved in installing it. I highly recommend Precision and Zac. George Austin

Second time I had Tyler work on my garage door. First time he replaced the key pad and programmed it for me. This time he replaced the rollers, Springs and Cables. Told me what needed done the three options I had. Explain to me how long it would take, the guarantee. Very professional. 100% would recommend Precision garage door co.

I called one day and was able to book an appointment for the same week on the day and time I wanted. Tyler called to say he was on his way and showed up at the beginning of the window. My neighbor recommended Precision Door Service to me. They scheduled my service the same day, which was very convenient. Bill came out and gave me the no nonsense low-down on the up and down of my garage door. It was making lots of racket and driving me nuts. My garage door broken on Saturday and I couldn't leave that way all weekend. I Googled garage door repair and Precision Garage Door came up. I called and the person that answered the phone (sorry I don't remember her name) was very nice and helpful. She told me that they could get someone out to me between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm. I received a call at about 20 minutes to 12:00 from Bobby stating he was on his way. Bobby arrived and looked over my door problem, I asked him if he could fix it. And he stated yes, he gave the prices for his service(very reasonable) and started working. I took him right around an hour to complete the job. He had me test the door and it worked perfect. I will call them again with any of my garage needs.
