My neighbor recommended Precision Door Service to me. They scheduled my service the same day, which was very convenient. Bill came out and gave me the no nonsense low-down on the up and down of my garage door. It was making lots of racket and driving me nuts. Great quality roller replacements done in short order along with adjustments, the door now operates smoothly and with much less noise. My ears thank you Bill and Precision!

My garage door broken on Saturday and I couldn't leave that way all weekend. I Googled garage door repair and Precision Garage Door came up. I called and the person that answered the phone (sorry I don't remember her name) was very nice and helpful. She told me that they could get someone out to me between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm. I received a call at about 20 minutes to 12:00 from Bobby stating he was on his way. Bobby arrived and looked over my door problem, I asked him if he could fix it. And he stated yes, he gave the prices for his service(very reasonable) and started working. I took him right around an hour to complete the job. He had me test the door and it worked perfect. I will call them again with any of my garage needs.

I waited until Monday to call for repair of my garage door opener. 24x7 access is incredible, and I called at 7 a.m. on Monday. Technician available the same day, and he arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it within minutes. AND, did not charge me, as the issue was mostly owner-error!

I had the technician come out to fix the opener (it was not working correctly). He was able to do that but unfortunately, found repairs needed on the door. It was more than I was planning on spending, however, he gave me 3 different options and costs for repair and was able to complete the work in a timely manner.

We purchased a new garage door and controller in 2010 from a different company. In the past few years, we have had Precision come out to perform maintenance and repair, having found them on the internet. We have always been pleased with their professionalism. This time, our remote controller was working inconsistently despite a new battery. Bobby from Precision arrived right on time, and after eliminating the variables that might be causing the problem (not wanting to sell us something we didn't need), he determined that we needed a new Liftmaster opener and controllers. He thoroughly tested the new equipment (as did I, from my car), and we are very pleased.

As always,Precision lives up to its name; very precise service, every time. Our last service was incredible. Not only was Jim on time, he came early!! He found nothing wrong with the garage door and just did a few tweaks, here and there. He could have tried to do unnecessary service. I checked the BBB and found that Precision was rated very high. A bonus was that they could send a technician out the same day to repair my garage door. The tech, Dale, was on time and explained clearly what was causing the shaking, the shuddering, and the noise, and he didn't let the age of the door put him off. He told me how it could be fixed, I agreed with his recommendations, and he fixed the door on the spot. It operates quietly and smoothly, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Another bonus, Dale was very personable.

I appreciate the courtesy and quick service of Precision. My appointment was scheduled between 4-6 pm (the same day I requested service), and I received a phone call around 2:00pm to let me know they were short staffed, but this tech (Bill) was about 15 minutes away. He was wondering if he could come by early. I, of course, was happy to have him come out sooner. He was polite, informative and had my mom's garage door working again in no time. I was searching the internet for the best deals (because my mom is on limited income) and Precision was by far the best! Thank you, we will definitely turn to Precision for any future garage door issues.
