Fabulous. We were locked out on a very cold day...A technician arrived within 2 hours, was very kind- informative and professional. Took the time to educate both myself and my husband (via phone) concerning the repair..what led to it, and how to prevent future trouble. You won us as customers, although I am hoping no time in the near future!

My garage door fell off the tracks last night. I called this morning to see if I could get someone out for repairs. Within two hours, Bill met me at my house in Castle Pines. He had the door repaired, significantly better than before it came off the tracks, in about an hour. Price very reasonable. I am very happy with the service.

I am very happy to write a review as I just received amazing support and service from Bill Nashwinter. A storm was blowing in and there was no way I could pick a door and have it put up in an hour. So, he brought out his equipment and put a band aid on my door until the storm blew over and I could address the problem. Thank you so much for your kindness and help.

As I was leaving my house to take my kids to school and go to work I exited my garage before the door was completely up. I hit the door very hard with my car and it completely bent the door and panels. Bill from precision came out and wrestled with the door for about two hours and ended up fixing it. I thought I would for sure have to replace the entire door but he was able to get the existing door back in place. Thank you so much for the money you saved me!!

Jake was amazing to work with. He went well beyond our expectations and spent time with us to identify further issues with our garage door and how to remedy them. I had a good experience with this company. They did not try to get me to spend extra money for things I didn't need. I was able to get a ball park figure for my broken spring from the representative on the phone. The price the technician quoted and charged me was what I expected based upon that ballpark figure. The service was fast and friendly, the price was competitive and my garage door is operating better and quieter than it did before the spring broke. I would definitely work with these people again.

Precision got me out of a jam at 8 o'clock in the evening when my garage door spring broke with 2 vehicles stuck in the garage. Travis had it fixed and working within 2 hours and my wife and daughter could go to work that next morning. Even made sure everything else was adjusted and working before he left. Great company and I would highly recommend them.
