When the spring on my old garage door opener broke, I asked my neighbor who he had used to fix his door and he highly recommended Precision to me. I'm glad he did because when Tom came out and looked at it he knew exactly what needed to be done and did it very quickly and efficiently. In turn, I would most certainly recommend Precision to any of the friends and neighbors if they need garage door opener installation or repair.

Precision is my go-to for garage door service. Tom Lathrop came once before because the hatch door on my car blocked the garage door. He didn't even charge me! This time Tom replaced the opener. He arrived early and the work was done quickly. Replacing an opener just before Christmas is painful, but Tom mitigated the pain by his prompt and cheerful service.

Amazing, quick, and professional service. We'd managed to hit the garage door with the paddleboard on the roof of the suv. Not only did Tom do the fix extremely quickly, he didn't try to sell us on any upgrades or extras - he just did his job and did a great job of it. Highly recommend. **He even gave the dog his (of course well-deserved) attention for some ear rubbings and love. :-)

I first called other highly recommended garage door services who people in our HOA promoted. The earliest I could get a service tech out was four days out. I found Precision and they had a service tech here in 90 minutes, and he was gone in an hour. New opener, programmed remotes and key pad. Cleaned up everything and took away the old stuff. Tom was an enjoyable person to converse with while he worked too. He even took time and explained the differences in some other brand/model openers improving my confidence in the same brand I had, albeit 23 yrs old.

Tom did an excellent job. He very quickly identified the problem with my garage door. He ordered the parts in Denver, drove to Denver to collect the parts and was back at my house within an hour and 30 minutes. Once back he worked extremely efficiently, he obviously knew exactly what he was doing. The garage door was repaired and working within an hour. He also serviced the door and cleaned up. Installed one new pre-assembled door with indoor control plus one outside keypad. Removed old rollers on track system for this door and for a similar installation from last year. Both doors now operate very quietly. All finished, including cleanup in 2 hours or less. This was similar to the first installation one year ago.

I called at 7:30 AM to say that my garage door was not operating properly and was told that someone would arrive between 8 and 10 AM. Tom arrived at 8:02. Within an hour and a half he replaced both springs and repaired several other door componets. Thanks for the good work.

Bobby Rubesne was very knowledgeable and professional in the way that he had to "clean-up" another garage door companies mess that they left me. (Of course it was out of the other companies warranty period) I didn't want another mess so I contacted Precision and Bobby fixed everything by installing the correct springs that the other company failed to do. Re-balanced and adjusted as needed. Thanks, much appreciated. I would recommend Precision to others that I know who may need garage door work done!

Two door openers had failed. One was mechanical - part failure; the other was the remote control. I saw an article/ad listing many complements for Precision’s outstanding treatment of customers and service. They were able to come the next morning.
