Precision Garage Door has always been dedicated to bringing you REAL, fair and honest reviews. We receive reviews from our customers through many different mediums. To make our reviews more transparent, we have decided to reveal how exactly these reviews get here.
Types of Reviews
This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.
This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

I was really impressed by Jacob, my technician. He came to my house promptly and immediately assessed the problem. The quote was more than reasonable and he attacked the broken garage door. He had all of the proper tools that he needed and was done very quickly. We both went out and tested his work together. It was perfect. My garage door had never worked as effortlessly and quietly as it did after his repairs. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I will call them again if I need to, but I doubt I'll have any problems for a long time to come.

Awesome service. I called at 10am and Bill was there by 1:30pm. The door had not been serviced in 22 years and was in need of a serious tuneup. There was no pressure to buy a new door or a new opener. Bill took care of business and the door works the best that it ever has. These folks are the best!

After 12 years my garage doors were in need of a tune-up to address noise and adjustment issues. Just when you think "customer service" is a lost art, Precision reestablished my belief that the customer is valued and respected. My experience was VERY positive and educational. The technician ,Jacob was on time, polite, professional, and most of all experienced. I had a spring above my garage door break and Jacob explained each sequence to properly repair the problem. After watching Jacob preform his duties I am relived I did not atempt this repair myself. I will recomend Precision to all family and friends and to have them ask for Jacob!. My garage door repair call turned into the need for an entirely new garage door (my door was 40 years old, unsafe, and unworkable). Our technician was very knowledgeable and did not try to up sale us when it turned out we needed a new door. He was able to secure a door and install on the same day. He worked well into the evening to get the job done. Could not be more pleased with our experience. Wish these guys did more than garage doors to have the opportunity to work with them again (I expect this door will last another 40 years!!).

We have used Precision in the past for repair work and have been very pleased and today is no exception. I called this morning at 8:00 AM and someone was repairing our garage door by 10:30 AM. Jacob completed the job in no time at all. And, fortunately for me, Jacob was not scared off by a very enthusiastic lab who thought she had a new playmate at the door.
I liked the confirmation email with the Technician's name and a picture. Additionally, it was fun to learn a little bit about his hobbies.
I highly recommend Precision.

I hired Precision Garage Door from a Google search on behalf of my Mom. Her garage door would not open at all and had stopped functioning. I had asked the receptionist to have the tech call before arriving, which Bill did, confirming his plan of action when he got there. Upon arrival, my Mom indicated he was friendly, dressed professionally, knowledgeable and respectful. He called me to discuss repair options.
