We have been customers of Precision Door Service for the past 12 years, and today (4-2-24) we were very pleased to have met for the first time Jessie Apolinar who handled a major repair to our garage door. Jessie gave an analysis of our problem, gave us a couple of ways to go, and then did the work. After he was finished, I have never heard our door run so quietly and smoothly. I chose Precision because I had an after hours garage door break and they were the first place I found that would allow me to schedule online when no one else was answering their phones. Jessie, the tech, arrived on-time, and advised me on my custom door that was not a standard spring repair. He was professional and offered multiple solutions to solve my problem. Really appreciate his personable demeanor and providing multiple solutions. Will definitely use Precision again in the future.

Jesse arrived prompt and early, worked super hard in the super cold. He had the best manners and attitude. When he left, he left the garage door in better shape than it was before it broke! I would without doubt request him again if I ever had the need. I should mention that the price was fair and reasonable. The door broke yesterday, and it was fixed today! My thanks to Jesse.

I procrastinated for 6 months, letting my car out of the garage holding the button down til the door closed then running through the house to lock up and leave. It was the first cold morning of the year. Tried to open garage door but a spring had broken. I remembered the ads on tv and called Precision immediately. An appointment was setup for 10 o’clock. Jessie was there early and diagnosed the situation quickly. We were able to get the door up to get a car out so he would have a clear work area. He gave me the estimate and repaired the door quickly.
