Greg did an outstanding job 'tuning-up' our garage door. Before he worked on the door, it was noisy and had gaps between the sections. After he was finished, the door was no longer noisy and no more gaps! Since the door is 19 years old, I thought we might have to replace it, but thanks to Greg we don't have to. If we have any other garage door issues, we will definitely call Precision.

We would totally recommend this service. Unable to get our cars out, the repairman was here almost immediately, opened the door, gave us an estimate, and went to work. He replaced springs and rollers so the door is more quiet and works great!

Service was prompt and professional and garage door is working great. Technician replaced steel center bearing as well which was a bit of a surprise when I saw it on the invoice, but he explained why and again was very professional a completed the job efficiently. I had mentioned the online coupon when I placed my order, then forgot to inform the technician who performed the service, however when contacting the offices at Precision Door they were exceptionally courteous and helpful in getting the adjustment made quickly.

I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the employee that was at my house, but he was very honest and courteous. I assumed I would have to replace the door opener, but he stated that he could repair the chain and purchase of a new opener wasn't necessary at this time. 5 Stars.

I had concerns about my garage door making a loud noise when opened. I saw a special ad for your inspection and wheel replacement on Amazon Local. I called and was given a very prompt appointment. Robert came out and knew exactly what was making the noise. He fixed it and replaced the wheels. The door is completely silent now. Robert was very nice, efficient, and there was no "high pressure sales" attempts. I appreciated that very much and will call Precision for any future garage door problems. I chose Precision based on the reviews I read and the fact that you have regular weekend hours. Other companies charge "emergency fees" for Saturday appointments. The person who took my call was very friendly and helpful. The technician, Rick, was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was also early!! He answered all of my questions and graciously accommodated our 6 year old son while he replaced our rollers and tuned up our old garage door. It's running like new now! From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience. I will recommend Precision to all of my friends.

Travis Scott called ahead of time and came within the window I was given when I arranged the appointment. He quickly assessed the problem and recommended the corrective action which involved not just cables but two new rollers. He gave me prices for approval and completed the work. I appreciated getting service the same day I called! I don't think we'll have any further issues with our garage doors for a long time. I would recommend that any call Precision Garage Doors.
