I had another Garage company called to fix an opener problem. Called Sat eve, made an appt for Sun at 10am. By 1:00 pm they were still unable to get to me. I cancelled with them and called Precision. They responded with an appt choice for what was good for me. I asked for an evening on Monday. Greg called at 9:00 am and said he was in the area - would I like him to come by. Amazing!!! all done. I've got their # and will be the only one I call. Thanks Greg.

I called at 10:30 am and was given a same day appt window of 2-4 pm. Then technician Greg called about 40 minutes later and said he was in the area. He was at my door in less than an hour after my original call. Diagnosed the problem quickly, went to get the part and it was all fixed by 1:30. Greg was a very nice guy and I enjoyed dealing with him. I will recommend Precision to everyone I know! Thank you for the excellent service!

I had my garage door opener and track mechanism break on a Sunday trapping both of our cars in the garage. I called Precision Garage Door and they were able to get someone out within 2 hours. Greg came out to replace our broken spring. He was prompt and very informative. Changed both springs which he advised. The door is so quiet, seems to open and close so much better. Although after leaving, I noticed a gap under one side of the door like it wasn't level, I call the office and they sent Greg back after his current call. Greg said it was a minor adjustment and proceeded to fix. He did in about 3min, awesome job! Thanks to your company and the fine service you provide.

Greg did an amazing job. Originally, I thought I needed a new garage door opener and a repair to the top panel of the garage door itself. Greg assessed what was wrong and just repaired the gears in the existing opener, fixed and reinforced the door and changed the rollers and saved me a couple of hundred dollars too. I whole heartily recommend Precision.

I called on a Tuesday afternoon at around 5, the receptionist was very professional, took the information needed, type of door and what was wrong and was able to get me an appointment the next day first thing in the morning. Greg showed up right on time, quickly resolved the problem and I gave him the go ahead to repair. Without any time lost, parts were on the truck and the job was done. My garage door was acting funny for a couple of days and then went off the track. I called Precision Garage Door and they came the next day. He put the door back on track and fixed the cause, the cable had come off the drum. He was there for 1/2 hour and charged $225!!! When I objected vigorously he said they had a flat fee of $160 for off track plus the service call. I wish I called a more honest company.

Jacquie, Thank you for the feedback regarding the service on your garage door. There is a service fee charge to have a technician come to the house. The technician does a 25 pt safety inspection, looking at both the door and opener to evaluate the problems. Your door was off track. This is when the cables come off the drum and rollers are out of the track. This makes the door sit crooked and releases the tension on the springs. The cause could be a number of things, from a broken spring to the rollers jamming in the track or possibly the door closing on something, perhaps a car, a garbage can or any such objects. It can take a technician 15 minutes to a hour and a half to reset the cables, retention the springs and balance the door - depending on how much damage was done to the door or structure. All of our technicians are experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. They charge off a price list that is industry competitive.
