Truly excellent service. I'd googled for 'lubricate garage door' to find where to oil my incredibly noisy garage door, and was happily following the instructions in Precision garage door's video (one of the first results), when I noticed that one of the 2 springs for the door was clearly broken, and the cause of the noise, struggling opener and erratic operation. After a few minutes restrained cursing, I accepted that I was going to need to get it sorted, and as soon as possible, before the other one failed. I lubricated the remaining spring anyway. After a look around the area for garage door repair, I realized that Precision Garage door covered Parker, so gave them a call, figuring I'd book something for Monday, this being Saturday afternoon. They answered promptly, gave me a time window for the next available technician, who called when he was 20 minutes away. All the usual - except Jacob was fixing the door inside an hour and a half of me calling. You really can't beat that service. Jacob answered my questions regarding the door (including one regarding a lock that I couldn't understand - it was fitted but disabled, hence my confusion, and replacement parts for the opener), while replacing the springs and getting a fine coating of lithium grease spray from the remaining spring I'd lubricated, while remaining cheerful and courteous. Sorry, Jacob. Anyhow, all up and running again, including testing and inspection of everything else, inside 30 minutes. Perfect, thank you!

I am very impressed by this company! I had an awesome experience. My tech Jake was there within 2 hours of me calling. And I'm a person who likes to learn new things and jake didnt mind explaining to me the process of fixing a broken overhead spring. Not only did jake fix my problem, but went above and beyond with lubricating my garage door, fix the light fixture on the door motor and had set the garage door opener in my car! This company is the best!! My garage spring broke around 7:30 pm and my car was stuck in the garage and of course I needed it for work the next morning, oh and I forgot to mention that my husband was out of town at the time. Our spring broke on our garage door Friday night and we were unable to get out our car on Saturday. I called Precision at 8am and by 9am, Jake was on site and replaced the springs and wheels on our garage door. It works like brand new. Jake was professional, fast, made recommendations and did a great job in 45 minutes! All this and a discount! I would recommend them to anybody who needs their garage door fixed and the first place I will call if I should ever need garage door repair in the future.

I was really impressed by Jacob, my technician. He came to my house promptly and immediately assessed the problem. The quote was more than reasonable and he attacked the broken garage door. He had all of the proper tools that he needed and was done very quickly. We both went out and tested his work together. It was perfect. My garage door had never worked as effortlessly and quietly as it did after his repairs. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Just when you think "customer service" is a lost art, Precision reestablished my belief that the customer is valued and respected. My experience was VERY positive and educational. The technician ,Jacob was on time, polite, professional, and most of all experienced. I had a spring above my garage door break and Jacob explained each sequence to properly repair the problem. My garage door repair call turned into the need for an entirely new garage door (my door was 40 years old, unsafe, and unworkable). Our technician was very knowledgeable and did not try to up sale us when it turned out we needed a new door. He was able to secure a door and install on the same day. We have used Precision in the past for repair work and have been very pleased and today is no exception. I called this morning at 8:00 AM and someone was repairing our garage door by 10:30 AM. I would certainly recommend that you ask for Jake. He's a nice guy who does a great job and pays attention to every detail. He was here a couple of years ago to replace the garage door. At that time, the motor was working just fine so we agreed I'd keep it. This past month the motor gave up, so they sent someone else to put in a new motor. He tinkered with it and left. The next day I called back and right away Jake came back with a new motor and all the solid and remote openers I could ever use. This company sees that the customer is happy with their job. I will certainly call them again! Ask for Jake!
