I called Precision because the very old spring on my manual garage door snapped. I was amazed that within 1.5 hours a tech was at my door. The technician who came out was Bobby Rubesne. He was super informative and honest. He explained all the details of the spring repair with cost and gave me information on an automatic system. He definitely made me feel better and more informed. I couldn't believe how easy it was to make my manual door automatic instead. He was able to do the repair right away and within a few hours I had a new (safer) spring system and an automatic door. After 4 years of using the manual door I am so incredibly happy to just push a button to open my garage. I highly recommend Precision and Bobby because I feel like they were quick, efficient and honest.

Our garage door broke on Sunday morning and I called in the morning, not expecting someone to come out til next day and to my surprise there was a technician out to my house that same day.Donovan was awesome, he was honest, professional and just a really nice person. WOW, I just got robbed. I've been using this company for about 12 years. Service in the passed was reasonable and good work, no complaints. So just had a spring brake which was covered under the 5 year warranty. James came out and during inspection he found that the center spring being ($69), the garage end bearing set ($199), the end drums ($199), nylon roller wheels ($199), needed replacement. Now knowing any better I agreed to a $600 bill. Curious, I decided to look up all the parts replaced on Amazon, 2 drums ($13), roller wheels set ($13), 2 end bearing plates ($11), and steel bearing for the springs ($8) for a grand total of $45. I feel like a total idiot but I had no idea what the parts cost, the mark up for parts was a complete rip off. Buyer be ware. Never Again.

I picked you guys because you were the first one I saw on my Google search for garage repair Littleton. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. Robert was very polite and fixed my garage quickly. I made my appointment at 9:45 and the garage was fixed by 11:30! I loved the fast and responsive service. My only complaint is the price, I knew I was paying more than I would if I'd gone with another company but to pay almost $300 more was a little hard to swallow. I had the springs, rollers, pulleys, and cables replaced on my garage door.

I have used Precision Garage Doors for a couple of years. I always get great service from them. 2 years ago they told me my rollers had a few years left. Today they broke- they were right! I called them and they came out 5 hours later without any emergency call fee. Now that is service for you!!! Great guys, great service, great company!!!!

Bobby was our repairman on 2/3/21 at 8/am. He was finished and removed all of the replaced parts by 9/am. He was very polite and explained everything that he was doing and what he was replacing. If we ever need anything done to our garage door I would ask for Bobby.

We needed our key pad reset after someone had tampered with it. Bill suggested he could step me thru it on the phone, but after explaining I was unable to get on a ladder, Bill came out and fixed it for no charge. All of this on a busy cold day that found him also dealing with a break in on a company truck. Talk about great customer service! Looking for a company with integrity and people who really care? Look no further. Not only has our garage door operated flawlessly for over 10 years, but they have gone above and beyond to keep us that way. I will never give our business to anyone else as I know these guys are the best!

Called in the morning with a garage door problem and Zac was out within a few hours. Needed to totally fix everything related to door. Didn’t have all parts available but said he would have them later in afternoon. Returned about 4:30 with parts and worked on door until 7:00 (on a Friday night). Zac was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Precision for garage door needs.

I choose Precision because of your chat service on the website. I was upset about my broken door , because both cars were in there . The person on the chat service took over and helped me to calm down. She gave me all the information I needed for the next morning. Zach the repairman was there when they said he would be. He took over and was very good at fixing my door. I should have another 20 years of service from it. Zach was very good at calming me down also, he had the job done very quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Phone customer service was excellent, very open with communication, upfront and honest. Got an appointment scheduled within 2 hours of calling. The tech, Zack, called me to ask if I was available earlier, which was great! He showed up, broke down my price points for my severely broken garage door. Showed me the parts that were broken or wearing down so I knew they were not trying to skimp more money out of me around. Everything was very clear between customer and tech. Zack was quick and efficient with his work and finished up with an hour and half; was like my garage door wasn't even broken. Also given that this is being repaired during the Covid Pandemic, I would like to note, he wore his mask the entire time - 97° weather, in my closed garage - stayed respectful of entering and exiting my house to grab parts. I think he made 2 trips through my house and that was all. Overall, if I could give the breakdown of stars, I would give 5 to customer service, 4 to price (but still very fair!) but 5+ to my tech! Excellent job ????

Absolutely exceptional and friendly service. I had a torsion spring snap on a Sunday evening and they were out here by Monday morning. Zac was courteous and engaging. I also appreciate the 2 options for repair (better/best). Masks were donned as well.
